Paul Poulsen is the broker/owner of Platinum Realty. Paul has been involved in developing many of the subdivisions in the Gull Lake area. A few examples are Poulsen's Pasture phase 1 and 2, Poulsen's Estates, Sunnyside phase 2, and 3. Paul has over 15 years experience in selling real estate whether through his real estate company or through the development company. Growing up on Gull Lake Paul has become a leading authority on the lake and the surrounding area.

Raised in Calgary Paul moved up to Gull Lake in 1980 and continues to keep close ties to many aquaintances in the Calgary area. As a person who has seen the fast paced life of the big city to the laid back serenity of the country Paul has a good understanding of what many city folks want in a recreational property.
